Registering complaints

Advice alternatives in case of negative judgement claim.( Item issues)

Handling plan list

Handling Digital proof / Real samples administration

Handling Transport issues

 

Back Up Customer service (order intake)

Responsibilities

 

·      Create and put in offers, orders and credit notes

·      Follow up and controlling on orders during the entire order process

·      Keep the order book up to date with order –and customer details

·      After sales: handle customer complaints and provide information

·      Provide information (catalogue pack new customers, etc.) to prospects / customers

·      Maintain good relationship with customers

·      Follow company guidelines and maintain clean desk policy

§ All other job related / companywide activities

 

3. Accountabilities

·      Accept claims /orders in line with company guidelines

·      Provide customer with claim/ order lead times and agree on delivery details

·      Take care of a timely follow up, and accurate processing of claims / data

·       Approving offers, credit notes and agreements with customers (terms & conditions) up to the following levels for stock products with gross prices:

Standard credit procedure

Return&Claims < € 500,-

Offers

 < 5% extra discount on standard discount

                                                                                            

In case of an overspend the Sales support executive must consult the Backoffice Manager (in Tiel Sales manager)

           Reports to Backoffice manager (in Tiel the sales manager)

 

5. Profile


Work

·      MBO+ level (administrative or commercial)

 

Education

·      Education on MBO level

·      Excellent verbal and writing skills in native language and English

 

Working experience

·      Multiple years in a similar sales support role

 

Skills

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Customer oriented

·      Accurate

·      Pro-active / vigorous

·      Flexible (no 9-5 mentality)
